Our story
2006
Ubesol acquires Laboratorios Maverick Ulldecona, with the aim of becoming specialists in personal care formulas.
2010
Laboratorios Maverick acquires Suquinsa in San Fernando de Henares, a company that manufactures cosmetic products for third parties. Through this purchase, it expands its knowledge of the sector and its productive capacity.
2013
New plastic extrusion plant at Laboratorios Maverick Ulldecona, reducing CO2 emissions and the warehouse stock.
2014
Official opening of the Laboratorios Maverick Ulldecona automated logistics warehouse, increasing the storage capacity and the efficiency of production processes.
2016
Creation of the R&D&I Centre with more than 50 specialist professionals who boast international experience in multinational companies.
2018
Strong commitment to innovation by recruiting highly qualified people with experience in the different areas of our business.
2020
Laboratorios Maverick begins Internationalisation, following the new Group Strategic Plan 2020-2025.

We have state-of-the-art facilities equipped with the most advanced technology, which boast a large manufacturing capacity, meaning that we are able to continue innovating and developing sustainable products of the highest possible quality.
Thanks to these infrastructures and their unrivalled location we are able to optimise of our processes and boost productivity, therefore increasing the company’s competitiveness in the market and allowing us to maintain our commitment to consumer welfare and satisfaction.

BLOWING PLANT
We have our own plant and the necessary capacity and experience to design and develop quality PET packaging solutions that are both competitive and that adapt to our customers’ needs.
PRODUCTION
High productive capacity and flexibility in technologies that enable us to produce an extensive portfolio of products under different viscosity and temperature conditions. Two pilot plants used for the industrialisation of our developments and for transferring products from our Clients’ plants to ours.
PACKAGING
Over 4,000 m2 of space equipped with the leading technologies that allow for the multi-format packaging of personal hygiene and care products.
